Personal technology Assistant – Driver

1. Seeking 1-2 Positive, happy, self-motivated, result-oriented do-er who is punctual, organized energetic, proactive

2. To assist head of family office in multi-state real estate businesses.

3. As a personal assistant your primary responsibility is to organize both work and personal appointments, schedule, Prepare or verify materials for appointments including confirmation ,research optimal diving route, ensure all parties arrive meetings early, occasionally draft meeting minutes , follow up post appointment materials, make travel arrangements when necessary transport owner, family, staff to and from appointments , ensure vehicle cleanliness, maintain proper, valid vehicle documentation, (valid auto insurance and license plate, inspection) etc.

4. As needed assist office business assistants and staff in various business activities, such as arrange shipments, collect and organize receipts prepare-review meeting agenda, minutes, promote work place professionalism ,efficiency organization, greet vendors, clients arriving in the office, organize documents payables, locate and coordinate with various , maintain , update To-Do list communicate schedule changes.

As technology assistant you will assist in various basic technology equipment and software set up and diagnostics.

5. Requirements: good driving record, punctual, organize, flexible, focused communication, professional, courteous, reliable, mature, clear, you should be knowledgeable or comfortable with technologies.

Real estate license prefers o readiness to acquire, will sponsor license education for the motivated.

Will train in all aspect of real estate business.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize both work and personal appointments for the Head of the Family Office
