Open Position (Telehealth - Remote) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)
Setting: 100% Telehealth (work from home)
$1,500 Annual CEU Stipend + Free In-House CEUs

As a remote BCBA with Discovery ABA, your expertise will reach families across states, helping children achieve meaningful goals through virtual services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct FBAs and develop personalized ABA treatment plans
Provide direct telehealth ABA services
Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs remotely
Collaborate virtually with families and care teams to support progress
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Required
State LBA where applicable (or willingness to obtain prior to start) - Required
Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
Comfort with telehealth delivery and virtual supervision required
