Job Description

Paladin Land Group is seeking a title manager to operate out of our Tulsa office. This is a management heavy role that involves direct management of title landman staff and client relationships, in addition to a dedicated business development element.

Responsibilities

• Receive, catalog, and track all work orders from clients
• Determine scope and estimate time/cost to complete individual projects/work orders/assignments
• Manage the prioritization, queue, assignment, & prosecution of work orders
• Weekly progress reporting to clients
• Conduct QC audit/review of all completed work orders before final approval and submission to clients
• Review and approve all staff time sheet submissions for accuracy
• Train staff landmen in standard operating procedures
• Ongoing mentor support to staff landmen

Qualifications

• 10+ years title experience in multiple basins and states
• 5+ years direct management experience
• Must have experience with training title landmen
• Bachelor's degree or higher (Energy Management or PLM preferred)
• CPL preferred
• Both In-house E&P and broker experience preferred at the management level
• Excellent verbal and written business communication skills are essential
• Advanced Excel skills are essential
• Must have excellent time management skills and a dedicated work ethic.
