Job Description Responsibilities Support Financial Service Representatives with documentation requests Process all title work required for funding deals Coordinate the collection of insurance certificates from customers to ensure timely processing Contact dealers and customers daily via phone/email o collected required information Ensure appropriate documents are being maintained and filed electronically Perform data entry and other duties as required by the position Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases Candidate Requirements 5-7 years customer service and administrative experience in a financial or banking institution preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels both verbally and in writing. Experience with DocuSign and similar technology preferred. Must demonstrate proficiency in both Excel and Word and possess above average computer skills. Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
