As an analyst on our Trade Performance team, you will provide complex and comprehensive analysis for strategies and events related to customer funding. Analyze customer-specific market trends and the competitive landscape to provide the sales organization with recommendations to improve Conagra's Trade return on investment. You will report to our Trade Performance Director. Your Impact: Partner with Sales to guide planning solutions and trade efficiencies linked to our retailer specific promotional plans Bring visibility, transparency, and analytical rigor to pricing and trade promotions Collaborate with Business Development and Business Planning teams to manage in-market execution as it relates to trade tactics, pricing changes, and opportunities at specific customers Develop insights to improve margins and grow topline for both Conagra Brands and our retail partners Analyze pricing and merchandising impacts across different customers and regions Work with our Pricing Strategy team to refine pricing and trade strategies for brands based on trade promotion analysis Create and distribute price impact reporting to brand and customer teams Prepare business reviews and play important role in review of pricing and trade analytics with senior leadership, sales partners, Business Planning, Business Development, and brand teams Gather and manipulate syndicated data from multiple external sources to develop insights related to promotional strategies and trends Create scorecard reporting and other standardized reporting Help with ad hoc requests related to promotional planning and detailed event level analysis Implement promotional review tool updates and enhancements Your Experience: Bachelor's degree required 1+ years business experience in CPG or similar industry with experience consisting of sales, [trade] analytics, business development, category management, or finance Experience fusing third-party and internal data Experience with spreadsheet development and automation Working knowledge of retail merchandising and in-store execution tactics Number of Days in Office: 3 Located in downtown Chicago along the Chicago River, our corporate headquarters is in the landmark Merchandise Mart building, with access to public transit and several options for dining and shopping in the area.
