The Training & Development Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs across property management, construction, corporate office, and safety/emergency preparedness functions. This role involves assessing training needs, creating engaging learning materials, delivering effective training sessions, and coordinating mandatory compliance programs to ensure workforce development and continuous improvement.
