LaSalle Network is hiring a Training Coordinator for a leading professional services firm in downtown Chicago! This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone eager to support employee learning, with a hybrid schedule (in-office Monday through Wednesday, remote Thursday and Friday) and plenty of room to grow.
You’ll play a key role in delivering new hire orientation, coordinating team training sessions, and keeping learning materials organized. If you’re energetic, detail-oriented, and love helping others feel prepared and supported, this is your chance to shine.
Training Coordinator Responsibilities:
Facilitate and schedule engaging new hire orientation sessions
Organize virtual and in-person training events using Zoom, Teams, and Outlook
Maintain and distribute training communications
Update learning content and documentation in SharePoint
Assist with administration of the learning management system (LMS)
Support onboarding logistics and partner with colleagues across all levels
Training Coordinator Requirements:
Excellent organization and communication skills
Comfortable speaking in small groups and initiating conversations
Positive, proactive personality—people enjoy working with you
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint
