Location (Onsite, Remote, or Hybrid?): Wilmington, NC (ONSITE)Contract Duration: 26 weeks Working Hours: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15)Total Weekly Hours: 36 hrs REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS /2 years Traveler Experience: Not required Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes Skills: Teamwork approach to patient care, Focus on patient safety Certs: ACLS and BLS PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: NIH, Neuro exp preferred, Experience/willing to learn the charge nurse role preferred JOB DETAILS: Ratios: 1:6Shift: NIGHT 36 or 48 hours accepted. If 48, then no OT billed until after 48 hours. 13-26 weeks accepted RTO: 7 days MAX; Float Requirement: yes, travelers float first Weekend Requirement: 5-6 weekend shifts (equates to every other weekend)Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed.
