\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have direct intra-OR circulating experience and scrub experience, particularly in Orthopedics (Joints, Spine, Sports Injury) and General Surgery. Candidates with 2 years of experience are preferred.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide high-quality nursing care in the operating room setting.
\n
• Assist in surgical procedures, acting as a scrub nurse and circulating nurse as needed.
\n
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control procedures.
\n
• Assist with the administration of anesthesia and monitoring of patients during procedures.
\n
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records utilizing the required charting system.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting.
\n
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required; CNOR certification is preferred.
\n
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
\n
• Previous charge experience is preferred.
\n
