Program Eligibility: - Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, pursing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree
- Graduating between Spring 2025 - Fall 2027
- Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city (We do not offer housing accommodations)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.)
- Commit to 20 - 40 hours per week (based on individual business area)

Motown Gospel/Tamla Marketing (Onsite: TN)•Creating marketing plans
•Working on artist social media and rollout plans
•Assisting with label social media
•Finding content to drive awareness to the label and artists
•Reporting overall growth analytics
Bring Your Vibe: Some Experience in video editing or graphic design
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, social platforms, Microsoft Word and Excel
Worship Together (Onsite: TN) Worship Together exists to serve worship leaders and creatives who serve the global church through compelling content, collaborative community, and cultural relevance in all aspects of Christian music and church ministry resources.
How You'll Create: Content Development: Assist in creating and editing engaging content for our website, social media, and email campaigns. This may involve brainstorming ideas, drafting blog posts, and contributing to visual and video content.
Event Planning & Support: Play a role in planning and supporting events, from our worship conferences to songwriting camps. Tasks may include coordinating event logistics, communicating with artists, and helping with on-site needs to ensure events run smoothly.
Social Media Management: Help develop and schedule posts that resonate with worship leaders and creatives. Track engagement metrics and bring fresh ideas to enhance our online presence and connect with our community.
Research & Trend Analysis: Research trends in worship and Christian music to keep our team informed and inspire new content ideas. You might also look into what's working for other similar organizations to help keep Worship Together innovative and relevant.
Collaborative Projects : Work cross-functionally with team members in marketing, design, and artist relations. Participate in brainstorming sessions, pitch ideas, and provide feedback on team projects, learning the ins and outs of collaborative, creative workflows.
Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, organization, and other administrative tasks to keep our projects on track. This could involve managing documents, organizing project timelines, and communicating updates to team members.
Bring Your Vibe: •Working knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
•Strong Visual and Written Communication: Ability to express ideas clearly and creatively through visuals, copy, and presentations that resonate with our audience.
•Creative Adaptability in Pre-Production and Post-Production: Flexibility to incorporate feedback and make adjustments to achieve the desired look and feel, ensuring each video piece meets project goals.
