About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer for Medical Education (CAOME) to serve as the senior-most administrative leader in the design, integration, and execution of the academic mission across undergraduate and graduate medical education. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic growth, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance of the academic enterprise, with a focus on expanding ACGME-accredited programs and ensuring alignment with clinical service lines and organizational priorities. This role requires a visionary leader with a Master's degree in a relevant field, a preference for a doctoral degree, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare academic affairs. The CAOME will work in partnership with the Chief Medical Officer for Medical Education and must have deep knowledge of ACGME and LCME accreditation processes, proven success in managing complex academic functions, and exceptional skills in strategic planning, change leadership, and team development. The ideal candidate for the CAOME position at the company is a collaborative, systems thinker who is passionate about medical education and the advancement of healthcare leaders. They should be adept at navigating regulatory environments and building high-reliability academic organizations. The role demands a leader who is both visionary and pragmatic, capable of executing large-scale academic initiatives within a healthcare delivery system. The CAOME will be a key figure in the company's commitment to health equity, community partnerships, and innovative, high-quality patient care, and will play a pivotal role in the transformation of the future of healthcare.
