Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will be working remotely and will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle email correspondence and manage social media accounts.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering, inventory, and budget tracking.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist with project management, including planning and execution of tasks.
Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and other office management tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
