This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a general understanding of business management practices. This role will involve daily activities, training and collaborating with team members.

What you'll do:

• Post properties on Facebook marketplace and other groups and sites to attract potential buyers
  
• Engage with interested clients and collect their contact details
  
• Handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience for clients and vendors
  
• Maintain organized files and records, ensuring easy access to important information
  
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support clients and business objectives
  

Requirements

Who you are:

• Self Starter are looking for a role in an entrepreneurial environment
  
• 18 years of age or older
  
• Basic knowledge of Google Suites applications (Docs, Drive, Slides) and Canva is essential
  
• Ability to learn new technological skills
  
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effective collaboration
