### Position Overview
We're looking for a **Virtual Sales & Customer Success Manager** who can **drive new revenue, close inbound leads, and deliver exceptional client communication**. This is a results-focused role, combining high-touch customer service with proactive sales follow-up.
You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects and customers—so your ability to build trust, communicate value, and convert leads into bookings is critical. At the same time, you’ll ensure our cleaning crews are scheduled, and clients are cared for every step of the way.

### Key Responsibilities
* **Respond to and close inbound leads** through calls, texts, and email
* Build rapport with prospective clients, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate service packages
* Convert one-time cleanings into recurring clients using upsell scripts and follow-ups
* Maintain CRM records (Booking Koala & Go High Level) to ensure pipeline accuracy
* Handle all client communication: appointment confirmations, reschedules, follow-ups, and quality check-ins
* Monitor live job progress, address urgent client or cleaner issues, and ensure service excellence
* Coordinate daily cleaning team schedules, route optimization, and last-minute adjustments
* Track and promote review requests, referral programs, and upselling initiatives
* Provide weekly reports on lead conversions, client retention, and operational metrics
* Contribute ideas to improve sales scripts, customer touchpoints, and process workflows
### ✅ Required Qualifications
* **2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer success (virtual roles preferred)**
* Excellent English communication skills—**clear, confident, and persuasive**
* Demonstrated success closing leads, converting customers, and hitting KPIs
* Experience using CRMs and sales tools (Booking Koala, Go High Level, or similar)
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
* Able to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
* Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, calendar tools, and productivity apps
### Bonus Points (Preferred)
* Previous experience working for a **U.S.-based cleaning or home service company**
* Familiarity with Fort Wayne, Indiana or Midwest U.S. customer profiles
* Proven ability to write or revise sales scripts and upsell strategies
* Experience managing or coordinating remote teams or field staff
