Job Description
AAC Inc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Administrator to support efforts at the MCCOG. MCCOG is a specialized unit responsible for overseeing and executing defensive cyber operations, network operations, and cybersecurity for Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN). MCCOG provides centralized management and protection of Marine Corps networks, ensuring the security, integrity, and availability of critical information systems and networks. It supports the overall mission readiness of the Marine Corps by defending against cyber threats, ensuring operational security, and supporting the Marines in cyberspace operations worldwide. The position location is Quantico, VA An active Top Secret clearance is required for eligibility for this position Required Skills
Must possess VMware Certified Associate (VCA) certification. Must possess VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification within 6 months. Required Experience
-Manage and operate a virtualized Microsoft (MS) environment. -Perform daily system checks, review and respond to events reflected in various management tools, and perform server patch management. Notify Government representative of issues involving performance of the operating environment. -Conduct system audit reviews and perform maintenance functions as required to ensure system health. -Coordinate efforts with other work centers and personnel to resolve incidents or events related to systems and supporting infrastructure. -Adhere to change control standards and procedures, problem resolution, and troubleshooting techniques, the use of remote server management tools. -Experience with Active Directory (AD), clustering, Domain Name System (DNS), and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP).
