Responsibilities 

• Inventory Control & Accuracy: Maintain detailed records, track stock levels, and ensure inventory accuracy using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as JDA/Blue Yonder or SAP.
• Cycle Counts & Audits: Conduct cycle counts, audit counts, stock replenishments, and adjustments to maintain precise inventory levels.
• Stock Reconciliation & Reporting: Regularly verify stock levels, investigate discrepancies, and generate reports using Microsoft Excel and other inventory tracking tools.
• Material Handling: Use RF scanners to track and move materials efficiently within the warehouse.
• Warehouse Efficiency: Assist in physical inventories, maintain compliance with warehouse procedures, and support inventory system updates.
• Shipping & Receiving: Assist with inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and logistics coordination.
• Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Work closely with warehouse teams and supervisors to resolve inventory issues and streamline warehouse operations.
• Maintain a Safe & Organized Work Environment: Follow warehouse safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in designated work areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse, inventory control, or similar work experience is required.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as JDA/Blue Yonder or SAP.
• Familiar with inventory management and tracking procedures, including cycle counts, audit counts, consolidations, and adjustments.
• Experienced in using inventory management tools & software such as SAP, WMS, RF scanners, and/or similar tracking systems.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills, including navigating the Internet, web tools, MS Excel, or similar applications.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Must pass a national background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite in McCarran, NV.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new processes.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to reliability and efficiency.

Pay 

$22.00 Per Hour

Schedule 

Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm
