TRC Talent is Hiring Equipment Technicians in White, GA

Job Overview:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Shift Technicians to support equipment maintenance operations in a solar panel manufacturing facility. Technicians in this role are crucial to ensuring the reliable operation of production equipment and minimizing downtime.

Schedule:

Training: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

After Training: 6AM-6:30PM or 6PM-6:10AM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Pay: $24.00/hr Base + $1.00 (Night shift Differential)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Quickly diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions to maintain production flow.
• Monitor and manage parts inventory for timely repairs and replacements.
• Follow all safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance tasks and submit reports as needed.
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus.

• Up to 5 years of experience in equipment or facilities maintenance.

• Ability to read and analyze electrical and mechanical schematics.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production facility.
• Familiarity with maintaining automated production lines.
