BMA Media Group is a 100% union signatory contractor with the IBEW, IUPAT, and AFTRA. We are a 15-team member, creative, full-service marketing and Special Events Agency and the only 100% union agency shop in this industry.

Our Mission is to provide creative solutions for Union Building and Construction trades designed to educate and promote their value to America. What winning in this position looks like: Our team and clients are all hyped up about the output of your performance because the designs and solutions are cool, on time, and solve a client's needs by serving their membership, finding new members, or new jobs or opportunities for their members. Therefore, the client is thrilled, and we get excited and help them reach others with their message.

The required skills for this job include:

• WordPress Builder mastery (we use Divi and Elementor)
• Adobe Creative Suite mastery (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.)
• File organization and deadline-oriented
• Knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and more (you don't need to be a developer/coder, but some knowledge of code helps solve problems)
• A selfless attitude to serve our clients and your teammates
• There are others, but these are the main ones
