Description: Carroll College invites applications for a Web & Graphic Designer. This position will support the College’s branding and marketing efforts by developing marketing content as a print and graphic designer, photographer, and videographer. This position is responsible for assisting with updating and maintaining the College’s website by adding new content, creating new pages as needed for programs and services, and gathering analytics and other web data to support website performance tracking. This position is also responsible for developing and designing engaging graphic design pieces for a variety of other electronic and print communications. This position will join a small but dynamic Marketing team, working closely with the Director of Marketing to determine project priorities for content creation and with the IT department to ensure technology availability and security for the website. This position requires a team player who supports the marketing objectives for the entire college, including, but not limited to, Athletics, the Office of Institutional Advancement, Admission, and other areas of the campus. Additional responsibilities include investigating and incorporating new web technologies, training faculty and staff on website and other media technology and strategies, and other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, plus 1 year of experience related to website design and content development. A combination of education and experience may be considered. A successful candidate will also have experience in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
