Job Description

1st Shift Welder We are seeking experienced Mig/Fluxcore welders to perform structural and plate welding on significant projects, including a bridge and a large office building. This role requires proficiency in both Mig and Fluxcore welding techniques. Responsibilities Perform structural and plate welding using Mig and Fluxcore techniques. Read and interpret blueprints accurately. Conduct 3G welding tests with a 5/16 bead. Ensure compliance with D1.5 welding standards. Conduct grinding operations as required. Fit and assemble structures according to specifications. Essential Skills Minimum of 5 years of welding experience. Proficiency in Mig and Fluxcore welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with structural fitting and welding. Familiarity with D1.5 welding standards. Work Environment Experience a fast-paced work environment that is largely open to the elements. The position operates on a 1st shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with overtime available starting at 4:30 AM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bath, Pennsylvania.
