Newly created AP Specialist role with a construction company in Springfield, MA

What this AP Specialist will be doing:

Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors, high volume!
Enter all invoices and payments in accounting software
Process due invoices for payment, which includes weekly check runs and ACH/Wire Payments
Provide support to the accounting team

Preferred qualifications:

High school diploma
1-2 years experience in accounting
comfortable working with Excel and other software
Strong attention to detail
