Newly created AP Specialist role with a construction company in Springfield, MA

What this AP Specialist will be doing:

• Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors, high volume!
• Enter all invoices and payments in accounting software
• Process due invoices for payment, which includes weekly check runs and ACH/Wire Payments
• Provide support to the accounting team

Preferred qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 1-2 years experience in accounting
• comfortable working with Excel and other software
• Strong attention to detail
