Cypress Employment has a client looking for Aircraft Quality Inspectors for a project starting in summer of 2024.

Pay is $25 to $30 an hour- if you are looking for more- please submit your pay requirements along with your resume.

Job title and activities:

Mission: Perform verification operations and electrical, mechanical, documental and/or FOD.

Task to be perform:

• Read and interpret drawings and applicable documents described in the work order
• Approve operators work
• Indicate non conformities registered
• Carry out and validate inspections of zone closure
• Carry out FOD and safety/healthy inspections
• Approve products after their reception
• Ensure team good practice according to Quality System instructions
• Perform the intervention cards closure
• Perform documental closure
• Participate in the training process of other Quality inspectors
• Participate in the operators trainings process
• Share and transmit the knowledge in the team
• Fill-in indicators and common daily reports of the work package and report to direct
  command
• Report to his manager deviations about standard, discipline, etc.

Training - experience:
Aircraft maintenance Technician;
or
FPII and/or metal higher grade and/or electricity/ electronic with minimum 2 years sector
work experience on the aircraft or assembly

Minimum 5 years’ work experience as fitter-installer;
or
Aeronautical Quality Inspector training course (minimum 600 hours) with 2 years
aeronautical work experience.

Related knowledge:
Knowledge of the aeronautical environment;
Knowledge about structures, electricity and/or equipment;
Knowledge of the follow-up IT tools (TLB, QLB, etc);
Knowledge of the quality and customers procedures;
Control of computer tools (Word, Excel);
Knowledge of the software SAP;
Control of technical English;
Control of measuring instruments: Voltmeter, millimetre, measuring tools, etc;
Knowledge in industrial drawings appreciated (reading and execution of plans);
Knowledge of manage work orders.

Know-how:
Implement and apply the quality & internal procedures;
Know quality company procedures;
Implement and apply the customer procedures;
Apply the rules of hygiene and safety;
Apply FOD rules;
Know how apply aeronautical rules;
Declare the non-conformities, ensure their curative and corrective application;
Propose solutions of improvement,
Use current technical documentation;
Carry out a documentation research;
Report issues;
Use measuring instruments;
Interpret work documentation in English ;
Know communicate and transmit with the production team ;
Be rigid and enforce the regulations;
