All Source Intelligence Analyst SME ***This position requires an active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph security clearance** Cherokee Insights is seeking an All Source Intelligence Analyst SME to support our USSOCOM program. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated starting salary range: $140,000-$150,000. Pay commensurate with experience. All Source Intelligence Analyst SME Responsibilities Include: Research, identify, and fuse available intelligence from all intelligence disciplines - HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT/PAI, Cyber, and military reconnaissance Produce intelligence products, to drive the intelligence cycle, to collaborate with counterparts in the Intel Community, to inform current/future operations, and to advise operational decision-makers. Serve as the lead analyst and technical expert with primary analytic responsibility over their assigned portfolio and may mentor/guide more junior analysts. Demonstrate subject matter expertise in proven analytic techniques and current analytic tools. Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in producing high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments, papers, presentations) and can prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. All Source Intelligence Analyst SME Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Active TS/SCI with current Counterintelligence polygraph A minimum of ten (10) years of all-source intelligence analyst experience. A minimum of five (5) years of experience working for or with national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA. A minimum three (3) years of experience and knowledge in the area of intelligence support to special operations. Proficiency, knowledge, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends. A minimum of five (5) years of current experience and knowledge of analytic tools developed within the last five (5) years. At least three (3) years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products). At least four (4) years of experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher. Knowledge of and recent experience with all-source intelligence tools to include the following: Message Traffic Databases. Examples include M3/S3, TAC, NGT/Trident, RMT, or others. Fused Intelligence Analysis and Visualization Tools including FADE MIST, Proton, IC Palantir, and Analyst Notebook. Geospatial Analysis Tools, including Google Earth or ArcGIS. SIGINT Analysis Tools, including DataXplorer or ICREACH or Voltron. Proficiency with standard commercial software applications and web browsers (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) is also expected. Recent experience with the following specialized tools is highly desired: CHIMERA, SKOPE Suite of Tools, QLIX, and DATAMINR.
