Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Locations: Denver, Aurora, and Various Other Locations throughout CO!

Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Maintenance Technician!

Are you a hands-on expert in apartment maintenance looking for your next role? Career Strategies Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team across multiple locations in Colorado. If you're detail-oriented, skilled in a variety of maintenance tasks, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Complete make-ready tasks and work orders efficiently.
• Assist the team with complex projects when needed.
• Leverage your expertise in:
  • Plumbing: Sink/shower/toilet repairs, fixture replacements, unclogging drains (snaking if applicable).
  • Electrical: Replacing fixtures and switches, ensuring proper safety protocols, rewiring when applicable.
  • Carpentry: Patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinets, and light painting touch-ups.
  • Appliances: Installing washers/dryers, stoves, garbage disposals, and performing minor repairs.

Qualifications:

• Must have personal hand tools and a drill.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Ability to manage physical workloads.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay Range:

• $21/hr - $25/hr (Depending on Experience and Apartment Community).
• Weekly pay!
