The Congregation of Holy Cross, US Province is hiring an enthusiastic and dedicated person to support vital administrative functions at our Notre Dame, IN office.
This is a great opportunity to work alongside a priest and other religious members as you support an honorable organization and perform work that makes a tangible difference. Depending on experience, you can earn $20.00 - $25.00/hour . You can expect to work from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, Monday - Friday . QUALIFICATIONS
Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable about the Roman Catholic Church/Clergy and the Congregation of Holy Cross and can read French or Latin. Here are the minimum requirements:

A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a casual Archive Research Assistant, you support our office team in keeping our records organized, well-maintained, and easily accessible. Working alongside our archivist, you help fulfill research requests, manage databases, and support the retention of religious and employee materials. You warmly answer phone calls and respond to email research requests to provide the correct information.
Maintaining great organization, you assist with cataloging books, maintaining archival databases, and indexing the Province Review. You sort through records, identify outdated materials, and send them for destruction. A team player, you order office supplies and embrace additional duties as needed to support successful archive operations!
