Mission: Lead the art direction and creative strategies for a collection of brands from concept to execution across all consumer touchpoints. Position Requirements Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related field from a four-year college or university. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative lead role, preferably within the toy industry or a similar consumer goods sector. Proven expertise in branding and design across digital, social media, print, experiential, and advertising. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation platforms. Skills/Knowledge/Ability: The Art Director oversees the development and execution of creative design for a collection of brands, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and industry best practices. Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of creative strategies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of creative efforts with overall business objectives. Execute and manage the creation of engaging content, including graphics, videos/clips, animations, ads. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, advertising, the toy industry, and children's entertainment. Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital channels and interfaces. Drive the vision of each marketing campaign across assets to maintain messaging, branding, and call-to-action consistency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Proven track record of 6+ years of experience in either an agency or in-house creative role. Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing across various platforms. Strong creative vision and design chops. You can concept great ideas as well as execute them yourself.
