**Job Title:** Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
**Location:** Watseka, IL
**Sign-On Bonus:** $7,500

**Position Summary:** The ADON assists the Director of Nursing in managing the Nursing Department's daily operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations to maintain high-quality care.

**Essential Duties:**

• Support planning, organizing, and evaluating nursing department functions.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services.
• Perform administrative tasks, including medical documentation.
• Ensure adequate staffing and resources for quality care.

**Qualifications:**

• Nursing degree or approved LPN program with pharmacology.
• Current Illinois RN or LPN license.
• 2 years of supervisory healthcare experience preferred.
