Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the storage facility.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Conduct unit inspections and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
  • Process rental agreements and handle financial transactions accurately.
  • Implement and enforce security measures to ensure the safety of the facility and its contents.
  • Assist in marketing efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the facility manager to achieve sales and occupancy targets.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or property management is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
