As an Associate Dentist, you will work alongside our experienced dentists to provide a wide range of dental services to our patients. This includes performing comprehensive exams, diagnosing and treating oral health issues, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene and care. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our team of hygienists, dental assistants, and support staff to create a positive and comfortable experience for our patients.

As an Associate Dentist at The Vail Agency, you will have access to ongoing training and resources to enhance your skills and knowledge, allowing you to provide the best possible care to our patients.

Requirements:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree

- Current state dental license

- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience

- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for continued learning and professional development

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and make diagnoses

- Create treatment plans and discuss them with patients

- Administer anesthetics and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals

- Educate patients on oral healthcare and provide preventative care instructions

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care

- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques

- Document patient information accurately and maintain organized patient records

- Promote our practice and services to attract and retain patients
