As a Service BDC Support Specialist, you will:

• Handle inbound service calls, emails, and online appointment requests

• Make outbound follow-up calls for maintenance reminders, declined services, and upcoming appointments

• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with advisors

• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information

• Deliver excellent communication to support customer satisfaction

• Assist the service department by driving consistent customer engagement and organization

• Friendly, motivated individuals with strong customer-service skills

• Clear and professional communicators

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Strong organizational and computer/navigation skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Valid driver’s license preferred
