As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with clients, guiding your team towards achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales objectives and targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing coaching and support to enhance their skills.
Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional materials that align with sales initiatives.
