SUMMARY
Functions as a skilled-level technician who is able to perform diagnoses and repairs in all areas, in addition to being specialized in particular areas of repair and previously worked as a C level technician or previously performed equivalent duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent. GM Certified. Completed automotive technical school or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technicians employed by Northside Chevrolet are required to obtain at least one ASE Certification. The classes and testing will be paid for by Northside Chevrolet.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, service advisors, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Driver's License
One ASE Cerification
