• Associate is responsible for back-office operations.
• Check processing.
• Inquiry resolution.
• Physical mail review and reallocation.
• Tax form printing.
• Other back-office processes that support the business.
• Works on assignments that are routine in nature, and which follow accepted practices and procedures, requiring general instructions.
• Works under close supervision with little latitude for independent judgment.
• Consults with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn, through experience.

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-service or data-entry related position in service industry.
• 1+ years of banking experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction from senior members of the team.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Microsoft Excel and Word.
