Job Description
Handle all special dining events , weddings, galas, bus tours etc from initial contact and enquiry to final execution.Manage banquet service staffing training and schedules . Work with on site sales manager for successful conversion of enquiries to finalizing all banquets event orders. Establish and maintain close, working relationship with all department heads, particularly Executive Chef and Front Office Manager, and Guest Services Manager.Must have experience in fine dining service and hospitality
