*Your Role as a BCBA*
As a BCBA with SNN, you’ll oversee the design and implementation of evidence-based ABA interventions, ensuring clients receive the highest quality of care.
*In-Home Responsibilities:*
* Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluate progress during scheduled visits.
* Provide hands-on parent training to empower parents with ABA strategies.
* Address urgent behavioral situations to ensure client safety and care continuity.
*Remote Responsibilities:*
* Develop and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
* Analyze data submitted by Behavior Technicians to assess intervention effectiveness.
* Collaborate with mid-level supervisors, and multidisciplinary teams to align treatment goals.
* Maintain detailed clinical records and ensure compliance with organizational and insurance requirements.
*Requirements*
* *Active BCBA Certification:* Current and valid certification is required.
* *Experience:* Prior clinical experience is preferred, but new BCBAs are welcome to apply.
* *Educational Background:* Master’s degree in a relevant field.
* *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and online tools for data analysis and reporting.
*Compensation and Benefits*
* *Salary:* $80,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience).
