One Step Forward is hiring part-time BCBAs to provide ABA therapy and clinical supervision in Dunellen, NJ. This position offers the flexibility to work either fully remote or in-person, allowing you to balance work and life while making a meaningful impact on children with Autism.

Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
Supervise and mentor ABA Therapists/RBTs in implementing therapy goals.
Provide caregiver training to reinforce therapy techniques at home.
Track client progress, update goals, and adjust interventions as needed.
Perform program development, treatment planning, and data analysis (remote or in-person).
Current BCBA Certification (required).
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
Reliable internet connection for remote work or reliable transportation for in-person work.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a compassionate, professional demeanor.
Experience in ABA therapy (preferred).
