Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong experience in QuickBooks (Desktop version preferred) to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support the accounting needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
● Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
● Process accounts payable and receivable.
● Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting.
● Handle bank reconciliations and payroll entries.
● Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, with proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop preferred).
● Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
● Associate degree or higher in Accounting or related field preferred.
