Simply put, as a part of the caregiver team, you will:

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff
• Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their profile
• Implement residents' care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident's day
• Work with the wellness team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living

Mountain Glen (independent living, assisted living) provides care for residents and their families all over the region, including Bellingham, Oak Harbor, Arlington, Stanwood and La Conner. We invite you to learn more about us and meet the team.

$20.00 - $22.00/hour depending on experience

Job Type:

• Full Time
• Various shifts open (Day, Swing, and NOC)
• Weekend and holiday availability required
