Caregiver - Urgent Hiring in Exton, PA!

Location: Exton, PA
Shifts Available: All shifts available (Day, Evening, Overnight, and Weekend)
Pay Range: $14 - $18 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Employment Type: Full-time & Part-time opportunities available

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Provide light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Ensure client safety and provide fall risk monitoring.
• Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and outings.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers.
• Monitor and report any changes in client’s condition to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA, HHA, or prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be compassionate, dependable, and have a positive attitude.
