Kitchen Managers/Leaders daily hands-on operations responsibilties include:

-Food Safety
-Food Quality
-Cleanliness
-Kitchen systems/procedures are followed
-People Training
-Labor Budget
-Food Cost controls
-Inventory controls
-Customer experience goals

Availability: Full time position Monday - Saturday

Kitchen night manager availability: 3:00PM-11:00PM

Must have Friday and Saturday availability

Sunday's OFF

Starting Salary:

$25.00-$27.00 hourly Requirements/Responsibilities

Requirements:

1-3 years of leadership experience (restaurant operations, people management)
-ServSafe Manager Certification
-Lift 20lb-50lbs
