The Company is in search of a Chief Administrative Officer to the President, a pivotal role that combines high-level executive support with operational leadership. The role is not a conventional executive assistant position; it requires a strategic advisor with a deep commitment to the mission of the organization. Applicants for the Chief Administrative Officer role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years' of executive leadership and 5 years' of management experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams, setting strategic priorities, and managing complex operational functions. Strong relationship-building, influence, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to anticipate executive needs and execute with minimal direction. A commitment to upholding organizational policies and standards is a must. While not mandatory, an advanced degree and experience in higher education or large public institutions are preferred.
