The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in HR or People Operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role, and a strong understanding of HR laws and compliance regulations. A passion for building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture is essential, as is the ability to build and manage a dynamic People team.
