We are seeking a Chiropractor - Clinic Director who is ready to lead and grow our practice. This position is salaried with a bonus structure based on monthly performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership: Guide and inspire the clinic team to achieve growth and provide exceptional care.

Patient Care: Deliver high-quality chiropractic services to patients.

Credentials: California Doctor of Chiropractic license, Xray Supervisor, and CPR

Operational Management: Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with standards in order to meet key metrics.

Community Engagement: Foster relationships within the community to promote the clinic and its services.

Ideal Candidate Traits

Outgoing and Friendly: Enjoy interacting with patients and staff.

Management Experience: Ability to manage chiropractic team (CA, MXT)

Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Communication Skills: Active listener and ability to convey information thru writing.

Fast-Paced: Thrive in a dynamic and creative work environment.

Vision-Driven: Align with our mission to enhance healthcare and community wellness.

Bilingual: Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently
