Your Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Luxury Concierge with strong sales capabilities to deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests across three distinct markets. In addition to curating the guest experience, the ideal candidate will actively identify opportunities to enhance guests' stays through upselling premium services, experiences, and exclusive amenities. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless coordination from pre-arrival through post-departure while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted resource for guests, curating tailored recommendations and securing bookings for activities, dining, transportation, and premium services based on guest preferences.
  • Establish meaningful connections with guests to understand their needs and enhance their experience through upselling luxury services such as private chefs, exclusive tours, and personal shopping.
  • Proactively identify upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue by offering additional services, experiences, and bespoke packages.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on guest offers and new sales initiatives that will drive incremental revenue.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of pricing structures for concierge services, ensuring clear communication and value delivery to guests.
  • Engage with guests before their arrival to gather special requests, upsell premium experiences, and finalize personalized itineraries.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure properties are prepared to the highest standards before guest arrival, with all additional services booked in advance.
  • Remain available throughout the stay to facilitate guest needs, resolve issues swiftly, and continue identifying sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of local markets, vendors, and premium services, ensuring guests receive the most exclusive and tailored recommendations.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs, ensuring every detail of their stay is curated with luxury and exclusivity in mind.
  • Collaborate with property management to ensure homes are maintained at the highest standard throughout the guests stay.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality, concierge roles, or sales, preferably within vacation rentals, hotels, or resorts.
  • Strong sales acumen with demonstrated ability to upsell services and create revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of luxury services, vendors, and experiences in each market served.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on guest needs.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

  • Mastering company knowledge and understanding the property portfolio across the three markets.
  • Familiarize yourself with the local luxury vendors, service providers, and partners to ensure you can offer recommendations and connections that align with the companys high standards.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration on guest experiences and upselling opportunities.
  • Begin establishing rapport with guests through personalized pre-arrival communications, ensuring a tailored and welcoming experience from the outset.
  • Deliver personalized itineraries and service recommendations for each guest, showcasing your ability to curate unique luxury experiences.
  • Proactively anticipate and meet guest needs, gathering feedback and responding to any issues quickly to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Begin identifying and executing opportunities to upsell premium services, experiences, or amenities to enhance guest stays.
  • Partner with the guest services, sales, and marketing teams to understand ongoing promotions, premium experiences, or partnerships that could be leveraged to increase revenue.
  • Demonstrate your ability to manage multiple tasks across three markets, ensuring timely communication and follow-up on all guest requests.
  • Effectively handle any logistical challenges or last-minute requests, using creative problem-solving skills to maintain luxury service standards.
  • Stay organized by developing and refining processes for tracking guest preferences, coordinating with vendors, and managing service deliveries across different properties and locations.
