Morris Business Solutions is the premier office technology provider in North and South Carolina. Morris Business Solutions, a leading provider of office technology solutions in North and South Carolina, is actively looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a designated territory comprising of Xerox and Kyocera MFP’s. Your primary duties will involve using a company provided laptop and vehicle to visit customers, conduct technical diagnostics, perform preventative maintenance and hand hardware repairs will aim of ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

· Hands-On Copier Experience: A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in servicing copiers is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked with Xerox equipment.

· Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer operations is essential for this role as it may involve interfacing with digital systems and software.

· Valid Driver’s License.

· Effective and Clean Communication Skills.

· Problem Solving Ability: We are looking for individuals who can think creatively and find innovative solutions to technical challenges. The ability to “think outside the box” is highly desired.
