Overview:

Catalyst Brands is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our Corporate Strategy team as a Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy, based in our Plano, TX office. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and an interest in retail strategy. The Manager will support strategic initiatives across our portfolio of brands by conducting analysis, building business cases, and coordinating cross-functional inputs.
This position will focus on execution and tactical support, ensuring workstreams are well-structured, deadlines are met, and strategic recommendations are backed by data. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial, market, and competitive analyses to support strategic projects.
• Assist in developing business cases for growth initiatives, cost optimization, or operational improvements.
• Assist in preparation of presentation materials and gathering supporting documentation for senior leaders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Operations) to gather data and insights.
• Support the development and management of dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools for monitoring strategic initiatives.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive activity, sharing relevant insights with the team.
• Provide ad hoc analytical support to the Corporate Strategy team and business units as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Must be located in DFW area

• Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days weekly in office
• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related analytical and strategic role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with AI tools or technologies preferred. 
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work with and across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable synthesizing complex data into clear insights.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
