Major Latino Non Profit located in East Treamont Section of Bronx needs Credentialing Co-ordinator . MON- FRI 8-4 or 9am-5pm ONSITE

Availability to interview this week is a plus. RELIABILITY, PUNCTUALITY AND WILLINGNESS TO LEARN ARE KEY. SPANISH SPEAKING PREFERRED

Pay $25-$30/Hr

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to perform most tasks related to the credentialing of new providers/employees such as CNAs , LPNs and RNs etc.,
• High School Diploma/GED required. Associates degree preferred.

o Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an administrative capacity in a healthcare or human resources environment preferred.

• Moderate experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point)
• Must display efficiency in compliance management, document management, and on/off boarding management, possessing the following skills, and attributes to fulfill credentialing goals:

o Extreme attention to detail;

• Agility to manage conflicting priorities;
• Ability to deduce which priority is most important amongst competing deadlines;
• Process mindset: approach problems, develop solutions, make suggestions for improvements;
• Takes initiative and asks questions;
• Capacity to organize and structure work load;
• Capability to handle a large volume of emails on daily basis;
• Ability to follow through and complete an activity or process that has been started.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills digitally or in person.
