Kelly Services is hiring for a Customer Service Representative.
Pay: $15+/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:30a-5:30p
Job Duties Include:
Provide excellent customer service by answering customer calls and providing general information about our services and trip information
Provide trip options for GoBus customers and negotiate trip availability within the scheduling system
Checking messages and returning customer calls during times of peak call volume
Providing reliable and friendly customer service to internal and external customers
Setting up new customer information, inputting trips to create driver manifests and ensuring address accuracy utilizing GEO Code processes
Performing call center opening or closing processes to ensure all drivers are logged in or out and all vehicles are operable
Maintaining performance goals and productivity
Provide administrative support by organizing documents, handling incoming calls and recorded messages, collecting information, and maintaining database accuracy
Provide back-up assistance to the dispatch team when necessary and provide coverage for dispatch breaks and lunches as needed
Fulfilling additional duties and responsibilities as needed or requested
Education Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. One-year prior experience in customer service-related environment required; experience in a Call Center and/or scheduling environment preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of the geographical region is required; ability to pass
Department of Transportation DOT drug screening requirements
Must possess computer and tablet knowledge and skills
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Multi-line telephone required; previous experience with scheduling software preferred; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
