Organizes and updates contacts, lists, and social media posts in HubSpot. Assists in screening job applicants for marketing positions, explaining HR policies, and overseeing payroll for the marketing team. Reviews project time logs, helps calculate profitability on marketing projects, and manages time entries for marketing projects, categorizing them correctly. Generates client invoices via accounting software. Reviews inbound marketing plans and advertising campaigns. Must post news updates to the company website. Must have High School/GED and Certification in Inbound Marketing by HubSpot, or other customer service software.
