smartdept. is searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist for a startup client. The ideal candidate will come with 4-5 years of experience. This is a part-time (around 5-10 hours per week) , fully remote , ongoing contract opportunity with the possibility of more hours added overtime . Compensation for this position is expected to be $30-$50/hour depending on experience level and fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategies.
• Proficient in analytics tools and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
